Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
